Set your intentions and goals for Empowerment Writing and healing

Module Two: Routines and Flow State
Module 2
Share and celebrate Formal Introduction projects with the group
Familiarize yourself with Tracy’s patented Four Foundations for success: Flow State, Routines, Journaling, and Spirituality
Engage with the Flow State concept with knowledge from renowned experts, including Mind Training for Peak Performance
Learn about how Routine can foster long-lasting success
Discuss successful examples of daily journaling techniques
Share with fellow survivors about the impacts and benefits of personal Spirituality in your daily life
Homework: Experimentation with the Four Foundations
Module Three: Expressive Writing, Emotions, and Self-Care
Module 3
Review progress on experimenting with and refining the Four Foundations
Prepare for the crucial step of expressive writing in your healing process by discussing old programming
Articulate your emotions
Define your concept of Higher Self / Observer Self
Connect old programming to abusive relationship(s) with the Quantum Timeline of Traumatic Events, paired with Erikson’s Stages of Development
Learn about the benefits of Meditation Scripts
Familiarize yourself with essential aspects of Write to Empower’s research-based expressive writing practice
Discover how to implement proper procedures, timelines, calendars, and non-negotiable self-care routines while completing expressive writing prompts
Homework: Perfect and refine Four Foundations, follow Expressive Writing Calendar, complete Surveys, daily self-care activities, meditations, and check-ins with the group
Module Four: Transactional Writing and Relationships
Module 4
Review expressive writing, Surveys, daily self-care activities, and meditations with Tracy and the group
Define the characteristics of Transactional Writing
Discuss shifts in tone and in perspective
Familiarize yourself with the artistic and emotional effects of each perspective
Determine the correct Transactional Writing assignment in order to explore your personal healing
Homework: Perfect and refine Four Foundations, choose and complete Transactional Writing assignments and Surveys

Module 5: Poetic Writing and Body Care
Module 5
Perform Transactional Writing assignments for Tracy and the group, receive feedback
Engage with Tracy and the group regarding candid Body Care discussion questions
Participate in a Poetic Devices review
Familiarize yourself with prewriting techniques, such as Body Mindfulness and Mind-Body Connection Practice
Analyze poetry and share your feedback
Homework: Continue to perfect and refine the Four Foundations, complete prewriting techniques along with respective poems and Surveys, implement body care changes, document your findings
Module 6: Storytelling and Reframing

Perform Body Poetry for Tracy and the group, receive feedback
Review the characteristics that constitute a story, including the arch, the pivotal point, and the meaning or lesson
Complete a Basic Story Construction practice activity
Compare unfiltered writing and writing with imposed structure
Introduce yourself to Writing Through the Traumatic Event, using previous expressive writing
Distinguish various storytelling perspectives and the artistic and emotional benefits of each
Explore storytelling audiences and their various artistic and emotional implications
Engage with a creative nonfiction example
Homework: Continue to perfect and refine the Four Foundations, complete creative nonfiction example questions, examine study participant examples, write your own creative nonfiction piece, chose two additional impactful events from your expressive writing, complete two rough drafts for your Written to Empower Narrative.
Module 7: Affirmative Writing and Warrior Self

Perform your creative nonfiction example for Tracy and the group, receive feedback
Engage with Tracy and the group about your Why(s) for storytelling and reframing
Complete Editing Refresher with phases one through four
Familiarize yourself with Affirmative Writing, its effects and benefits
Receive and reflect on Affirmative Writing guidance
Introduce yourself to Manifestation practices
Homework: Continue to perfect and refine the Four Foundations, complete your One Million Dollar Question (optional: include a visual representation), continue editing and finalizing your Written to Empower Narrative
Module 8: Legacy Writing and Higher Self
Module 8
Share and perform your One Million Dollar Question with Tracy and group, receive feedback
Engage with Tracy and the group regarding Four Foundations refinement and progress
Discover Legacy Writing and its emotional and artistic benefits
Homework: Choose and complete Legacy Writing, finalize your Written to Empower Narrative and prepare for presentation
